Deleting your RadiGlobe data
RadiGlobe is an internet radio app by Svezhin Iliev (ChaoticGoodBagel). RadiGlobe has no user accounts, so there is no account to delete. Here is how to delete the little data the app has.
1. Data on your phone
Your presets, recently played stations, listening time and the cached station list are stored only on your device. To delete them:
- uninstall RadiGlobe, or
- on Android: Settings → Apps → RadiGlobe → Storage → Clear data. On iPhone, delete the app.
This deletes the data immediately. We never receive a copy of it.
2. Purchase records (RadiGlobe Pro)
If you bought RadiGlobe Pro, our purchase service RevenueCat keeps a record linked to a random, anonymous ID: your purchase history for RadiGlobe and basic technical device information. To have it deleted:
- Email support@radiglobe.com with the subject "Delete my data".
- Include the order number from your Google Play or App Store receipt email (for example GPA.1234-5678-9012-34567), so we can find the right record.
We delete the record within 30 days and reply to confirm.
What is kept
- Google Play and the App Store keep their own records of your payment under their own privacy policies. We can't delete those; contact Google or Apple directly.
- Your email to us is deleted once your request is complete.
- Deleting your purchase record does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it first in Google Play or the App Store if you no longer want it.
